Job description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Welder to join our team!
As our Welder, you will be responsible for cutting and joining metals and other materials at our facilities or construction sites. You will be working with the latest technology and equipment to put together mechanical structures or parts with a great deal of precision. A Welder is a professional responsible for assembling pieces of metal or repairing damage in components using heavy machinery that emits high heat, melting the metals into shape.
- Expertly welds small, medium, and large bore pipes of various metals and alloys.
- Solders and brazes of copper pipe.
- Performs complex mechanical installations per engineering direction.
- Reads and comprehends construction drawings and specifications.
Welder duties and responsibilities:
- Read blueprints and drawings
- Take and read measurements
- Always follow specifications and instructions for maximum efficiency
- Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment
- Repair machinery
- Plan layouts and procedures
- Determine the appropriate welding equipment or machinery to be used
- Set up components for welding
- Align components using calipers, rulers, etc. and clamp pieces
- Report damages to machines and equipment
- Test and inspect welded surfaces and structures to discover flaws
- Maintain equipment in a condition that does not compromise safety
Welder requirements and qualifications
- minimum 2 years of experience as a welder or similar role
- minimum 2 years of experience using a variety of welding equipment, machinery, and procedures (TIG, MMA, etc.)
- 2 years of experience in using electrical or manual tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings
- Good knowledge of and adherence to safety standards
- Attention to detail
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Successful completion of a relevant apprenticeship program is required
- Professional Certification (e.g. an AWS welding certificate) will be a plus
Our offer:

- Duration of contract: long-term contract
- Salary: 900 EUR net - 40 hours a week, bonuses for work results; instant salary correction after probation period
- Working hours: 174 - 185 hours Monthly
- Overtime work: up to 30 hours a week, paid overtime hours as per law
- Transportation: paid for monthly ticket or free usage of a company car
- Accommodation & meal: Provided accommodation & 1 meal
- Working hours: shift - 7h - 6 days a week
