We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Factory Workers to join our team! As a Factory Worker, you will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring high-quality meat products are prepared and packaged for our customers.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods (8+ hours).
- Must be able to lift weights up to 20 kg.
- Requires good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Comfortable working in cold environments (chilled areas for meat processing).
- Good stamina and endurance for repetitive tasks.
Work Environment:
- Work in a fast-paced and demanding production line.
- Handling raw poultry and working with cutting tools (e.g., knives).
- Strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work in shifts (morning, afternoon, night).
Skills & Qualifications:
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Previous experience in a food production environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Training on safety and food-handling procedures will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality.

- Working hours: cca 174 - 185 monthly
- Over time work: up to 30 hours monthly, paid overtime hours as per law
