Bus Driver duties and responsibilities
- Operate the bus safely and efficiently
- Bus driving based on the schedule and travel order in accordance with the law
- Ticket validity control and ticket sales
- Conducting daily preventive inspections and informing those responsible about the necessary vehicle repairs
- Accurate and timely delivery of cash and documents
- Responsibility for the validity and maintenance of transport documentation (driver's license, driver's card, etc.)
- Arrangement of the work environment and careful handling of the vehicle and care for the cleanliness of the vehicle
- Providing information to passengers and ensuring courteous and professional communication with them
- Ensuring the discharge of the tachograph card and vehicle tachograph
- Ensure passenger safety and comfort
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking
- Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of the bus
- Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor
Bus Driver requirements and qualifications
- Valid driver's license (category D)
- Clean driving record
- Previous experience as a bus driver
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Our offer:
- Workplace: different cities in Slovenia
- State: Slovenia
- Duration of contract: long term contract - 24 months
- Salary: from 1145 euro to 1260 euro, salary increase after 6 months
- Working hours: cca 174 - 185 monthly
- Over time work: paid overtime hours as per law
- Accommodation & meal: Provided accommodation & meal allowance with 167 euro/per month
- Working hours: shift - 7 hours/6 days a week
- Mentoring processes during orientation period
- Optional - language training, before and during orientation period
